Hydra
Sound Radar (upcoming)

How it works

The “Hydra” sound radar detects the sound emissions of the loudest vehicle, even on a busy road with multiple loud vehicles. It draws a rectangle around the loudest vehicle, and pinpoints the precise location of the sound emission. If the sound emission exceeds the legal threshold, and if the sound emission can clearly be identified to a precise vehicle, then the ANPR cameras retrieve the vehicle’s license plate. An encrypted file is then sent to the relevant authorities, with the time and location of the infraction, the license plate, the video recording as well as the audio sequence of the scene.
